The Way of the Cross – Good Friday
10am-2pm and 3pm-5pm - everyone is very warmly invited to come to this exhibition to learn how the symbol of the cross has become so central in life – it is found in many places. There will also be an opportunity to reflect on the story of the first Good Friday and Easter Day. The inspirational stories of people who have ‘taken up their cross and followed Christ’ will be featured.
Easter Treasure Box – double fun!
Friday 12th April 10.30am-12noon in St James’ Centre. All children very welcome to enjoy Easter crafts, songs, games and stories.
Good Friday 19th April – Easter Trail, starting at 10.30am from St James’ Centre. Follow clues and pictures around the village – and then enjoy refreshments and an Easter Egg hunt back at SJC. All children welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
Every 3rd Sunday of the month, 10.30am-11.30am, St James’ Centre – all children are very welcome for a fun morning of games, crafts, stories etc. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
